The Pap Glencoe
Practice User Group (PUG)
This group was formed in 1995 and is innovative for the Highlands. It consists of between 10 and 20 patients of the Practice who meet regularly to discuss proposals and problems of the practice from the patients perspective.
It is hoped it will offer "An opportunity to Influence the Services you Receive"; it's more detailed aims and functions are outlined in it's Constitution which together with recent copies of Minutes of Meetings are available for perusal at reception. If you wish to contact PUG or wish to come to its next open meeting please ask at reception for the date of the next meeting.
We are always pleased to receive suggestions for improving the service we offer - these may be given verbally or in writing to reception.
Please let us have any comments you may have - we pride ourselves on our relationship with our patients.
Feel free to discuss with us any problems you have had with our services or other health services you encounter through the practice.
PUG has now reduced it's number of meetings and would welcome new members if anybody has some spare time.
PUG no longer exists due to difficulty getting enough members to continue etc.
